    • If the customer contacts us before the refund process is initiated, we will issue the refund immediately.
  • Non-Refundable Costs: Shipping fees and installation charges are non-refundable.

 

2. Returns

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of purchase.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-made or specially ordered items.
  • Products that have been installed or altered.
